I am a Gen Xer who has always been independent. I am a passionate nutrition advocate who has struggled with the battle of junk food versus healthy choices, the pain of constant weight fluctuations, a sensitive immune system, and who has refused to give up!

I am someone who has found solutions to my own problems through holistic, whole food nutrition and the education that my family gave me.
